Refunds:

• Two-year guarantee for faulty goods

The customer shall return the items and take charge of the costs involving the return delivery. The refund will be processed once the items are returned. Due to the nature of the products, it is expected that the items have been treated carefully.

If the items are immediately reported as faulty at arrival, by sending an email and showing the damaged article at hi@rubiesandroses.eu, the refund will proceed speedily after the customer sends proof of the return (or exceptionally it is agreed differently case by case). The customer takes charge of the costs involving the return delivery.

• 14-day cooling-off period

The customer is entitled to cancel the purchase contract, without justification, by 14 days the date of our delivery. The unilateral cancellation of the contract is assumed as such when the customer communicates via email at hi@rubiesandroses.eu the proof of the return. The declaration of intention does not constitute cancellation of your contract.

The date of the proof of return must be at maximum 14 days after the date of our delivery (excluding Sundays). The customer takes charge of the costs involving the return delivery.
